How do I secure my booking?
In order to begin the reservation process, we require a 15% deposit of each person. Once we have received this deposit, we begin the reservations for hotels and transportation. Once the reservations are complete, you will receive a copy of the hotel information and covered expense to verify. Full payment is due at two weeks prior to arrival. After full payment is received, we send you a packet with travel information, vouchers, etc…

How do you accept payment?
We accept payment by Paypal. We have used PayPal in the past. We find it is more feasible for clients to have established their Paypal account. We can send a request to you from PayPal, via email, and you can release the funds to our account.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you must cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Desert Tours

  • 50% refund- 16 days prior to tour reservation.
  • 25% Refund- 15 to 7 days prior to tour reservation.
  • No Refund- 6 days or Less prior to tour reservation. Sorry, NO exceptions.
  • Imperial Cities & Medina Tours

  • Partial refund with more than 24 hours notice prior to departure.
  • 50% refund 24-2 hours notice prior to tour departure.
  • Refunds will not be given within 2 hours prior to scheduled tour departure time. Sorry, NO Exceptions!
  • Group Tours (Receptive Service Bookings):
    Refund available with cancellations are dependent upon group itineraries, please call to discuss group refund policies.

    We do not do partial refund for clients arriving late or leaving a trip early. We do make invoice adjustments prior to the scheduled tour be made with a 3 weeks notice. Morocco Why Not reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time if we feel that the safety of the travelers would be compromised.
